4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, in the rare event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Payments are accepted through the methods displayed at checkout and are processed securely by our payment partners.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care in packing and dispatching every order. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via:

Kindly share your order number, a clear image of the product (including the tag), and a copy of the invoice.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a pickup from your address at no additional cost.

After the returned product passes our quality check, the correct replacement will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, subject to stock availability.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Cancellation Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
