Thank you for shopping with Ratnaya. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders so you know exactly what to expect after placing an order with us.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed on business days only — Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details (where available) so you can follow its progress.
2. Standard Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro cities: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- Other locations: 5 to 8 business days from dispatch, subject to courier serviceability.
- Deliveries are attempted Monday through Saturday.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary slightly due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or peak-season volumes.
3. Bulk and Large-Quantity Orders
Bulk or large-quantity purchases may require an additional 1 to 3 business days for processing and dispatch.
Such orders may also be bulk-packed for safer transit. If your order qualifies, our team will reach out to you with updated timelines.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the value of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message containing a tracking link and your courier partner's name.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will be glad to assist.
6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Any additional shipping charges incurred in such cases may be borne by the customer.
7. International Shipping
We currently focus on serving customers within India.
