Refund policy

At Ratnaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process, as outlined below.

1. Return Window

We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. Requests received after this 5-day window unfortunately cannot be processed.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery via:

Please share your order number, a copy of the invoice, and clear images of the product along with its packaging and tags.

Once your request is received and verified, our team will arrange a return pickup through our courier partner at no additional cost to you, typically within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Return Address

If a self-shipped return is required (only when explicitly approved by our team), kindly pack the item(s) along with the original invoice and ship to:

4. Condition of Returned Items

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and in their original sellable condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • If an item was damaged in transit, the original tag is still attached so we can verify the condition.

Items returned without tags, or items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery, may not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

5. Refunds and Store Credit

Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item. Upon successful inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit to your account, which can be used towards a future purchase.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

If you cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund to your original mode of payment, which will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Exchanges

You may exchange an item purchased from Ratnaya for the same item or any other item of equivalent value, subject to stock availability.

If the new item is of a higher value, you may pay the difference at the time of exchange. All exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.

7. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9971273400 with your order number within 1 hour of placing the order.

Cancellations requested after dispatch cannot be accommodated, but you may initiate a return after delivery (subject to this policy).

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items may be marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. International Orders

Please note that we are currently unable to accept return or exchange requests for international orders.
